What to photograph

• Best: walk a full circle around the house. Start at the front and take one photo every few steps until you are back where you started — eight to twelve in all. A slow video walk-around does the same job; send that instead if it is easier.
• Least we need: four photos — front, back, left side, right side. The front, straight on, is the one the model is built from.
• Then the details: the porch, the front door, dormers, a turret, the shape of the roof, the garage, the tree that belongs in the picture.
• Inside is not needed. We build the exterior. If you want interior detail — rooms, the staircase, furniture — we can build that too, but it is quoted per house. Ask and we will price it.
• Originals from your camera roll beat screenshots. Old photos, listing photos and scans all work. Not built yet? Send the builder's elevation drawings.
